The Postman Syndrome is reissuing their 2002 debut album Terraforming, and we're streaming a massive oral history of the album.
The Terraforming reissue marks the first time Terraforming is available on vinyl, which will feature a new mix by Scott Evans (Thrice, Kowloon Walled City) and a new mastering job by Brad Boatright (Sleep, Torche). More importantly, The Postman Syndrome has also announced their first show since 2005 at Crossroads in Garwood, NJ with support from Nora and So Hideous. Tickets are available here.
Who the hell was The Postman Syndrome, anyway? Well, after the band broke up, bassist Brett Bamberger and guitarist and vocalist Matt Lupo went on to form East Of The Wall. Guitarist and vocalist Chris Alfano and later-era drummer Seth Rheam would eventually join East Of The Wall as well, while Bamberger has gone on to bands like Revocation and River Black.
